Munich - Christmas Markets - Day

These are random images of the city of Munich as we walked through the city streets and looked at all the buildings and old-world architecture that is hundreds of years old, some of the "Gates" that were entrances to the city date back as far as 1337, yes, the 1300's. So much history and it was so amazing for us to see this and take our first steps to checking out Europe, but it was like walking on a movie set in Hollywood. Looking at a lot of the historic buildings and the pits in some of the buildings from WW2. Check out some of the medieval architecture and traditional German charm that has a lot of Bavarian influence, obviously as we are in this region of the country. We spent almost four and a half days walking all over Munich and one day we walked almost thirteen miles according to our fitness watch.
